Hi NUMBERS, Time flies, it is again the last Friday of the month. This March has been a fruitful month with achievements and milestones for all of us. I am glad to share with you the latest developments and our upcoming plans for the future.
The biggest news this month is our win at the competition. For those who are not familiar with the event, SXSW (South by Southwest) is a renowned festival that celebrates advancements in technology, music, and film. It also serves as the largest startup competition, showcasing new services and technologies to industry leaders. The participants this year included Disney, Shutterstock, Volkswagen, Slack, and many others. Winning this competition not only highlights Numbers Protocol's innovation and impact but also opens new doors and connects us with a broader Web2 audience. In case you have not yet seen it, here is in the event. Due to the restriction of the event, the official 3-min pitch will only be released in July.
Following SXSW was the annual took place in San Fransisco. I joined the conference with our angel investor, Kevin Lin, and met with many amazing companies and investors from the gaming industry. We also discussed how to use Numbers Protocol to ensure the provenance of AI-generated items in games. This will provide players with unique proof of the objects and characters they acquire and generate in games and potentially entitle them to copyrights. During the two events, we had a total of 23 investor meetings and 68 conversations with potential customers and partners.
With the rise of Generative AI, some people may believe that it is the darkest time for human creators, but I strongly believe that with the Numbers Protocol, we have the opportunity to build a new relationship between human creators and AI.
By leveraging the power of blockchain, Web3, and all the systems we have built, we can create a more transparent, fair, and authentic ecosystem for digital media that benefits both creators and AI users. With the assurance of provenance through the Numbers Protocol, creators can embrace AI as a powerful tool to enhance and amplify their abilities. There will be more collaborations announced in the next month, I am excited to see what the future holds for Numbers Protocol, and I hope you are as excited as me.

At SXSW and GDC, one topic was the centre of everyone's attention: data traceability in the Generative AI era. While AI brings significant benefits and improves our work efficiency, it is also important to recognize that the current AI systems are often trained without authorization from artists and generate content without consent. This issue creates for both brands and companies using AI. People are now looking for a new system that can ensure data traceability and verifiability. We all know what the answer is - Numbers Protocol.
